Lone Tree Arts Center

The Lone Tree Arts Center, a performing arts venue located south of Denver, produces its own shows and hosts national and international performances. Ad Light Group was contracted by the City of Lone Tree to fabricate and install a monument sign for the property. The double-faced monument sign features an illuminated cabinet, stone detail, and reverse pan channel (internally illuminated) graphics and letters. Aria Denver illuminated exterior letters

Aria Denver

Ad Light Group originally was brought into the project to create a comprehensive sign package for Aria Denver, a commercial retail and residential development near Regis University. The development was designed with the environment in mind and the intention to reduce carbon footprints. Our team created multiple illuminated and non-illuminated exterior lettersets. We also fabricated directional and monument signs which feature illuminated and changeable tenant panels and a color changing illuminated cabinet. Ad Light Group was contracted by Palace Construction to design, fabricate, and install the exterior signs, in collaboration with Perry Rose, the property’s developer.

The various amenities at Vita Littleton help promote a lively and active based living environment. Ad Light Group created exterior and interior signage as well as custom lighting for the property’s entrance columns. The community’s interior scope was mostly fabricated using blasted glass for the ADA signage and internal wayfinding. Ad Light Group was contracted by Zocalo Construction to fabricate and install the project designed by Stantec.

The Henry exterior entrance illuminated sign

The Henry

The Henry in Platte Park is located conveniently between Washington Park and South Broadway. Ad Light Group was contracted by Carmel Partners to design, fabricate, and install all property signage. Our team strategically designed a sign package based on the brand book created by Dulce Design. The project included an exterior monument, garage signs, as well as two illuminated building signs. The largest of the exterior signs measures 13′ by 26′ to clearly brand and illuminate the building for I-25 vehicle traffic. The signs were intentionally designed to mimic the custom window design on the building to play in with the architecture. Another unique feature is the unit ID signage that matches ADA compliance with design, creating a bold statement within the corridors and resident entrances.

The Kasserman exterior signage illuminated logo.

The Kasserman

Sitting in the heart of the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver, Colorado is a sophisticated and boutique residence named The Kasserman. The property’s design incorporates the spirit of LoHi: modern mixed with historic charm. Both the letterset above the building’s east entrance and the property logo on the north side, were created using aluminum and halo lit lighting to provide a subtle yet attractive feel for the Denver neighborhood. The property’s interior sign package was created using painted Nova Polymer ADA sign material. The Nova Polymer was then direct printed with an old map of the Denver neighborhood to connect the residence with the location’s history. The neutral black and brown colors used for the interior signs also compliment the wood accents throughout the property. Ad Light Group was contracted by Corum Real Estate to fabricate and install the project designed by Ellen Bruss Design.

Ad Light Group was contracted by McWhinney to fabricate and install the interior and exterior sign package. Our team used high-end finished materials including glass, walnut wood with etched logos, and stainless steel to build the signage. The exterior signs feature internally illuminated channel letters, unit IDs for the walk-up apartments on Grant Street, and a projecting sign. For the interior, the scope included fabrication and installation of leasing office signage, glass ADA room IDs, and unit ID signs. The sign package was beautifully designed by Arthouse Design and the Ad Light Team thoroughly enjoyed bringing the project to life.
