Denver Water

Ad Light Group partnered with Mortenson Construction, Stantec (formally RNL), and Iron Horse Architects to fabricate and install signage at Denver Water’s updated headquarters. The campus was under renovation between 2016 and 2020. The overall scope included large custom wall graphics, ADA signs, wayfinding signage, and exterior identification monuments for the updated facilities. A notable part of the project was Ad Light Group’s in-house design and fabrication of a custom Denver Water history timeline. The timeline features informational panels attached to vintage water pipes and is displayed in the Three Stones building.

Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse

The Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse is a recreational property that offers snow sports during the winter and golf in the warmer months. The clubhouse also features a restaurant and venue for weddings. Ad Light Group was contracted directly by the Town of Vail to create exterior signage for the property. The project scope included a custom built monument sign, building identifications, and wayfinding. The monument sign was created using large wooden beams, metal accents, and a suspended aluminum panel. The exterior building signs compliment the building’s rustic exterior design with their neutral tones. The sign package was designed by Stantec.

Cherry Creek Place

Cherry Creek Place is a multi-building commercial office campus in Aurora, Colorado. Ad Light Group was contracted by Transwestern, in partnership with the signage designer Interior Architects, to create interior and exterior signs to improve the building’s branding. The scope included a variety of signage such as exterior monument refurbishments, new illuminated wall signs, a full interior sign package for suite signage, building signage and wayfinding.

Lone Tree Arts Center

The Lone Tree Arts Center, a performing arts venue located south of Denver, produces its own shows and hosts national and international performances. Ad Light Group was contracted by the City of Lone Tree to fabricate and install a monument sign for the property. The double-faced monument sign features an illuminated cabinet, stone detail, and reverse pan channel (internally illuminated) graphics and letters. The monument completion required collaboration with multiple companies to complete the unique property identifier, including landscape, electrical and masonry partners. Ad Light Group fabricated and installed the sign designed by Tacito Design.

Aria Denver

Ad Light Group originally was brought into the project to create a comprehensive sign package for Aria Denver, a commercial retail and residential development near Regis University. The development was designed with the environment in mind and the intention to reduce carbon footprints. Our team created multiple illuminated and non-illuminated exterior lettersets. We also fabricated directional and monument signs which feature illuminated and changeable tenant panels and a color changing illuminated cabinet. Ad Light Group was contracted by Palace Construction to design, fabricate, and install the exterior signs, in collaboration with Perry Rose, the property’s developer.

Vita Littleton

Sitting in Downtown Littleton is Vita, an upscale 55+ residential community. The residential community features a commercial section with a restaurant, dentist, and fitness studio. The various amenities at Vita Littleton help promote a lively and active based living environment. Ad Light Group created exterior and interior signage as well as custom lighting for the property’s entrance columns. The community’s interior scope was mostly fabricated using blasted glass for the ADA signage and internal wayfinding. Ad Light Group was contracted by Zocalo Construction to fabricate and install the project designed by Stantec.

Solana Olde Town Station

Located conveniently near Olde Town Arvada’s RTD station is a luxury residential community called Solana Olde Town Station. In 2018, Ad Light Group was contracted by Reylenn Construction to design and build a sign package for two of their residential properties: Solana Olde Town Station and Solana Lucent. Our team was also tasked with developing a brand look for the monument signs that Solana could carry across both properties. Ad Light used a mix of materials in the sign package including glass and rusted patina steel. The exterior signage features a monument sign, parking signage, and property identification. The monument sign has a painted cabinet and custom steel bars with a rusted patina finish to match the rest of the package. On the interior, we created glass ADA signs for rooms and units. Our team also fabricated a custom double-sided glass wall which is illuminated and displayed in the leasing lobby.

In 2018, Ad Light Group was contracted by Reylenn Construction to design and build a sign package for two of their residential properties: Solana Lucent Station and Solana Olde Town Station. Our team developed a brand look for the monument signs that Solana could carry across both properties. Solana Lucent is a luxury property that offers high-end amenities including a resort style pool and fitness center. The project’s scope involved exterior monuments, building signs, wayfinding, directionals, and glass ADA unit ID signs and room ID signs. Ad Light Group’s in-house design team created a sign package for the property using a mix of materials to provide a unique finish and branding for the property. The wood used in the package was also strategically stained to match the other elements of the building to provide consistency.
