The Fremont Residences is located by the Anschutz Medical Campus to provide a luxury living experience for those who work on the campus or in the area. By collaborating with Weitz Construction and Tryba Architects, Ad Light Group was able to bring a sleek and thoughtful sign package to the building with both exterior branding and interior elements. Designed by Tryba Architects, the multiple residential entrances feature custom interior building ID signs named after flowering plants. The specific plants, including Cottonwood, Barberry, Phacelia and Yellowray were first classified by John Fremont during his mid-nineteenth century expeditions. The rest of the interior package was created with glass ADA signage, aluminum substrates and stainless-steel with various finishes.
Ad Light Group partnered with Mortenson Construction, Stantec (formally RNL), and Iron Horse Architects to fabricate and install signage at Denver Water’s updated headquarters. The campus was under renovation between 2016 and 2020. The overall scope included large custom wall graphics, ADA signs, wayfinding signage, and exterior identification monuments for the updated facilities. A notable part of the project was Ad Light Group’s in-house design and fabrication of a custom Denver Water history timeline. The timeline features informational panels attached to vintage water pipes and is displayed in the Three Stones building.
Roth Living Showroom in Denver is located off South Broadway, near I-25. The high-end gallery features Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. The building’s exterior signs are illuminated to attract customers in the property’s high trafficked location. The interior features glass ADA signs backed with a custom digital print featuring Roth Living’s logo. The team also assisted with the technical installation of a custom steel sunscreen which displays the property’s address numbers created with vinyl graphics. Ad Light Group was contracted by Shaw Construction to build and install the sign package designed by Arch 11.
Sitting in Downtown Littleton is Vita, an upscale 55+ residential community. The residential community features a commercial section with a restaurant, dentist, and fitness studio. The various amenities at Vita Littleton help promote a lively and active based living environment. Ad Light Group created exterior and interior signage as well as custom lighting for the property’s entrance columns. The community’s interior scope was mostly fabricated using blasted glass for the ADA signage and internal wayfinding. Ad Light Group was contracted by Zocalo Construction to fabricate and install the project designed by Stantec.
SOVA on Grant is a multifamily property, located on the corner of 19th and Grant Street, in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood. While the property is situated in the urban atmosphere of Uptown, the branding promotes an ‘alpine meets modern’ style. Ad Light Group was contracted by McWhinney to fabricate and install the interior and exterior sign package. Our team used high-end finished materials including glass, walnut wood with etched logos, and stainless steel to build the signage. The exterior signs feature internally illuminated channel letters, unit IDs for the walk-up apartments on Grant Street, and a projecting sign. For the interior, the scope included fabrication and installation of leasing office signage, glass ADA room IDs, and unit ID signs. The sign package was beautifully designed by Arthouse Design and the Ad Light Team thoroughly enjoyed bringing the project to life.
Located conveniently near Olde Town Arvada’s RTD station is a luxury residential community called Solana Olde Town Station. In 2018, Ad Light Group was contracted by Reylenn Construction to design and build a sign package for two of their residential properties: Solana Olde Town Station and Solana Lucent. Our team was also tasked with developing a brand look for the monument signs that Solana could carry across both properties. Ad Light used a mix of materials in the sign package including glass and rusted patina steel. The exterior signage features a monument sign, parking signage, and property identification. The monument sign has a painted cabinet and custom steel bars with a rusted patina finish to match the rest of the package. On the interior, we created glass ADA signs for rooms and units. Our team also fabricated a custom double-sided glass wall which is illuminated and displayed in the leasing lobby.
