The building’s exterior signs are illuminated to attract customers in the property’s high trafficked location. The interior features glass ADA signs backed with a custom digital print featuring Roth Living’s logo. The team also assisted with the technical installation of a custom steel sunscreen which displays the property’s address numbers created with vinyl graphics. Ad Light Group has completed work previously at Pinnacle at Ridgegate, a multi-story healthcare property in Lone Tree. When Colorado Orthopaedics moved their practice from Highlands Ranch to Pinnacle at Ridgegate, they contracted Ad Light Group for building signage. Our team built and installed an illuminated letterset on the healthcare building’s exterior. We also added new tenant panels to the existing monument signs we previously built. Both the monument signs and lettersets were designed in house by Ad Light Group.

The Lone Tree Arts Center, a performing arts venue located south of Denver, produces its own shows and hosts national and international performances. Ad Light Group was contracted by the City of Lone Tree to fabricate and install a monument sign for the property. The double-faced monument sign features an illuminated cabinet, stone detail, and reverse pan channel (internally illuminated) graphics and letters. Ad Light Group originally was brought into the project to create a comprehensive sign package for Aria Denver, a commercial retail and residential development near Regis University. The development was designed with the environment in mind and the intention to reduce carbon footprints. Our team created multiple illuminated and non-illuminated exterior lettersets. We also fabricated directional and monument signs which feature illuminated and changeable tenant panels and a color changing illuminated cabinet. Ad Light Group was contracted by Palace Construction to design, fabricate, and install the exterior signs, in collaboration with Perry Rose, the property’s developer.
The Henry in Platte Park is located conveniently between Washington Park and South Broadway. Ad Light Group was contracted by Carmel Partners to design, fabricate, and install all property signage. Our team strategically designed a sign package based on the brand book created by Dulce Design. The project included an exterior monument, garage signs, as well as two illuminated building signs. The largest of the exterior signs measures 13′ by 26′ to clearly brand and illuminate the building for I-25 vehicle traffic. The signs were intentionally designed to mimic the custom window design on the building to play in with the architecture. Another unique feature is the unit ID signage that matches ADA compliance with design, creating a bold statement within the corridors and resident entrances.
