The Kasserman
Sitting in the heart of the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver, Colorado is a sophisticated and boutique residence named The Kasserman. The property’s design incorporates the spirit of LoHi: modern mixed with historic charm. Both the letterset above the building’s east entrance and the property logo on the north side, were created using aluminum and halo lit lighting to provide a subtle yet attractive feel for the Denver neighborhood. The property’s interior sign package was created using painted Nova Polymer ADA sign material. The Nova Polymer was then direct printed with an old map of the Denver neighborhood to connect the residence with the location’s history. The neutral black and brown colors used for the interior signs also compliment the wood accents throughout the property. Ad Light Group was contracted by Corum Real Estate to fabricate and install the project designed by Ellen Bruss Design.
