We had the privilege of providing design, fabrication, installation, and permitting services for the Hyve, a 296-unit apartment complex nestled in the heart of Salt Lake City. The east façade, in particular, features two striking sign cabinets mounted to the parapet, accompanied by a pendant wall sign on the south side. On the south entrance, a branded projecting sign and a Leasing Center blade guide prospective residents to their reserved parking spots. These elements, harmoniously integrated into the architecture, add a touch of sophistication to Hyve’s visual identity.

Exterior signs at Denver Premium Outlets, Polo, Nike, CalvinKlein, Old Navy and HM

Denver Premium Outlets

In 2018, Ad Light Group installed over 80 signs at the Denver Premium Outlets. The project featured pylons, monuments, blade signs, channel letters, an EMC (electronic message center), and more. Our company was contracted by Trademark Visual to install the project’s four largest signs: two pylons and two monuments. One of the pylons needed to be welded and assembled on site due to its size and inability to be transported in one piece. All smaller retail tenant signs were manufactured by various companies who then hired Ad Light Group for installation. Given the project’s large scope and strict deadline, we coordinated directly with Simon Property Group on scheduling to ensure completion before the due date. Ad Light Group successfully installed all signage before the shopping center’s grand opening.
