Exterior custom metal patina monument sign Solana Olde Town Station

Solana Olde Town Station

Located conveniently near Olde Town Arvada’s RTD station is a luxury residential community called Solana Olde Town Station. In 2018, Ad Light Group was contracted by Reylenn Construction to design and build a sign package for two of their residential properties: Solana Olde Town Station and Solana Lucent. Our team was also tasked with developing a brand look for the monument signs that Solana could carry across both properties. Ad Light used a mix of materials in the sign package including glass and rusted patina steel. The exterior signage features a monument sign, parking signage, and property identification. The monument sign has a painted cabinet and custom steel bars with a rusted patina finish to match the rest of the package. On the interior, we created glass ADA signs for rooms and units. Our team also fabricated a custom double-sided glass wall which is illuminated and displayed in the leasing lobby.

Visit Denver Bike Light fixture

Visit Denver

Denver’s Tourist Information Center offers visitors information on lodging, restaurants, and activities in the Mile High City. The city’s tourist center interior design was uniquely built around the custom bike light fixture the Ad Light Team built. Denver is historically known to be a very bike friendly city recreationally and for the daily commute. Using B-Cycle bikes, we created a ‘bike chandelier’ and installed it over the main service counter. The project also included custom built brochure holders, vinyl graphics, and a cylinder light pendant with digitally printed panels. Mandil Inc designed the project and contracted directly with Ad Light Group for fabrication and installation.

Westend Apartments illuminated letters

Westend Apartments

Westend Apartments, located next to City of Cuernavaca Park in Denver, Colorado, is a multi-building complex with endless views of the city. The residential property’s branding features illustrations of iconic Denver locations such as LoDo, Confluence Park, Riverfront Park, and more. The illustrations are displayed on the exterior and interior signage, including a large illuminated color changing LED wall at the front leasing lobby entrance. Ad Light Group’s design team made sure the building’s exterior signage and illuminated wall were highly visible from I-25 to attract the growing Denver population. The sign project was designed, fabricated, and installed by Ad Light Group for Carmel Partners.
